Privacy Policy

Version 0.1 · Takes effect at public launch

This Privacy Policy explains how Paradigm Labs LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use FLPPR, the Florida Private Provider Registry.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the account information you provide, including your email address, name, and title. A private provider firm may enter its contact details, professional roster, relationships, insurance information, and documents. We also sync public licensing data from state sources such as DBPR.

When someone signs electronically, we record the statement shown, signer information, date and time, IP address, and user agent. We collect security and usage logs, such as pages or features used, device and browser information, errors, and actions taken through the portal, API, or MCP server.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, maintain registrations, deliver registration changes, sync licensing data, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve FLPPR. We use signing information to preserve evidence of consent and what was signed. We may also use information to meet legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users, Paradigm Labs, and others.

3. Who Sees Information

Enrolled building departments can see firm registrations, including the roster, licenses, insurance information, and registration documents available to them. The public directory shows a firm's name and registration status. It does not show private account details simply because someone has an account.

Authorized people at a firm can see information for that firm based on their role. Paradigm Labs personnel and service providers may access information when needed to operate, secure, or support FLPPR. Our service providers include companies that provide hosting and email delivery. They may use information only to provide their services to us or as required by law.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the Platform and its users. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention and Your Choices

Registrations and their change history are retained as a record of what building departments received. Signing and security records may also be retained to protect that history and meet legal obligations. Other information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy.

You may update account and firm information through FLPPR. A firm may close its registration, but closure does not erase registration history already received by a building department. Contact us if you need help accessing or correcting account information.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Protect your password and keys, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Children

FLPPR is for professional and government use. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as FLPPR changes. We will post the new version and date. We will give account holders advance notice of a material change when appropriate.
